Katsina Roads Maintenance Agency Gets New Boss

Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State has approved the appointment of Abdulazeez Muhammad as the new general manager for Katsina State Road Maintenance Agency (KASROMA). The new boss takes over from Jamilu Danmusa, who as the pioneer head of the agency, recently appeared before the EFCC for questioning over the finances of the agency. A statement signed by the secretary to the state government, Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa, said the appointment takes immediate effect. Inuwa said the appointment was in recognition of Muhammad’s sterling leadership qualities and dedication to duties while he was in active service. According to the statement, the new general manager had served variously as commissioner, chief of staff to former Katsina State governor, Musa Yar’ Adua and pioneer boss of the state’s rural water supply and sanitation agency.
