Maiden FEC Meeting: Task Daunting But Surmountable Tinubu Tells Ministers

 

President Bola Tinubu has described the current unemployment rate in the country as unacceptable. 

The president made the remark as he set the tone for his administration at the inaugural federal executive council meeting at the council chambers of the Presidential Villa.

President Tinubu addressed the heightened expectations and challenging circumstances in the country, urging his cabinet members to deliver an all-inclusive economy. According to the president, Key concerns include unacceptable unemployment levels and the looming threat of climate change. He called for decisive action to reform the economy for sustainable growth and enhance national security to attract investments. 

He further urged the ministers to collaborate while underscoring the essence of leadership. 

Amid challenges, President Tinubu pledged to deliver and expressed pride in his team.
